Why go unconventional?
Contrary to what we believe today, wines traditionally produced on a large or small scale may not just be drinks that result from the "fermentation of grapes".
Agrotoxins, pesticides, animal waste and enological additives can turn wine into a drink that is closer to a "juice" than to the real characteristics that each grape and region represents, not to mention the disrespect for the individual who works the land.
Our partners are family wineries and cooperatives that share the same vision and produce sustainable, organic, biodynamic and/or natural wines.
